Our team was engaged to deliver the structural steel package for the extension of a head office and warehouse facility at Richmond Road, Homebush.
The scope involved con structing a new office space that integrated with the existing structure. We began with a detailed site inspection to assess conditions and plan for a smooth structural tie-in. The project involved approximately 35 tonnes of steel.
While the structure was architecturally simple, the engineering required precision and planning to ensure seamless integration. Fabrication took place over the course of one month, followed by a three-week installa tion period.
Due to the size and weight of the steel components, we deployed a large crane and implemented strict safety controls to manage what was inherently a high-risk operation.
Our team’s commitment to maintaining a safe work environment was evident throughout. The client was extremely satisfied with the outcome, noting that our team outpaced other trades on-site in terms of productivity and execution. The project was delivered efficiently, safely, and with minimal supervision
